Recipe Share: Mia Chicken

Okay, so my family LOVES this dinner! They turn into vulture's when it comes to this dinner; can't get enough and there is never enough left overs to go around! In fact they love it so much they had the left overs for breakfast this morning...oh, quit judging they had kiwi too, does that count!?

Mia Chicken:
1-8 oz. brick cream cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken
1 can Crean of Mushroom
1 pkt. Dry Italian Seasoning

1box Angel Hair Pasta
Chicken Breasts

In a sauce pan melt together the Cream Cheese, Soups and Italian Seasoning. Pour over Chicken in baking dish and cook at 375 for about an hour, or until your chicken is done!
Serve over angel hair pasta with a side of green beans and some homemade french bread...YUMMY!

So I know there is a very similar crock pot recipe but we LOVE this one and it is so easy. I'm sure it would be delish with white rice as well but you have to try it over the pasta, it is SO good with the creamy sauce. Hope you enjoy and let us know what you think after you try it.

FYI- The name Mia chicken came about because my S-I-L gave us this recipe and it is my niece, Mia's favorite dinner so it is now lovingly referred to as "Mia Chicken" in our house. Very technical name, I know!

I'm going to try this! Dave doesn't like goopy stuff so he'll probably give me a hard time with this one, but I'm making it for me! Sounds good!
