The FaMiLy RooM is finally (not finally like Jordan took so long, finally like it was really hard living in a construction zone) done! We are so happy with the finished (mostly) product.
For those of you who don't know we moved into this house when we got married but rented until just this last April. So it wasn't really ours to remodel until recently. It has been really fun, most of the time, to make this house our HoMe! And we think it's kinda cool that it's a possibility that this may be the only house we ever live in, how many people can say that!?
So enough of the talking let's move onto pictures...

(Would like to get a house plant for in between the TV and clock)
Before:

(waiting for a warm enough day to take the from door off and paint it!)
(Need to get my IKEA table for below the temple picture)

(Still debating the perfect picture for here. Mom, any ideas!?!?)
Before:
After:
(The hallway is still pretty bare because I want to be sure I know exactly what I want before I Jordan does it! I'm thinking some cabinetry or something!?)And some more Afters:
(We are in search of the pErFeCt ottoman for the chair, something with pattern.)
(Need to find a side table and lamp to go on the left wall, and again, really need that house plant for next to the TV, AND, the sofa table needs some serious help. Hoping to find some perfect knick-knacks soon!)
What can I say, my husband RoCkS, he so awesome to do all this for me and is so amazing at what he does! Also a HuGe shout-out to Steve for all the electrical work and to his family for letting us have him as much as we did! Remodeling an old house is A LOT of work, Steve and Jordan can attest to that! There was SO much done that the naked eye can't see. Like all the electrical and all the hours, upon hours Jordan spent trying to smooth out the crooked walls.
We are so glad to have another room checked of our remodel list! Hopefully it won't be too long before you can see another Remodel: COMPLETE post title ;)
Next up is the bathroom, or maybe the addition! Then the kitchen, and in-between all that hopefully painting the outside, getting new windows and doors, and whatever else I'm forgetting!
So, that's that, we are up and running so please, come by and sit on our new couches or roll around on our new carpet, we LoVe company!

I love it...it's beautiful! Lucky girl to have such a capable husband. Where did you hang the plant pictures and didn't you get that lamp from IKEA? You've done a great job, Annie, putting all the finishing touches to the remodel. Hope to see it soon!
