I could not believe it when I saw on someone else's blog roll that it had been 4 weeks since I lasted posted...CrAzY!
So without further ado I bring you (FINALLY)
Eagle Lake 2009
So I don't normally like to remember arguments that Jordan and I get into but I find this one to be especially comical! So here it goes...
I really wanted to bring this kids picnic table with us, I knew it would be a lifesaver with London especially. So I was trying to pack the car the night before (Jordan was moving pipe) and things were just NOT fitting. So when I asked Jordan to help he said he would be he wouldn't pack the picnic table, it took up too much room!
I know he is super smart and good at things like packing and figuring things out and I also knew if it was something he wanted to bring then he would MAKE it work!
So after a little "discussion" I finally said forget it and I packed the car, front seat and all and told him there was no room for him...sorry.
Long story and little less long the table ended up being tied to the top of the car and I'm pretty sure the entire camp was glad we brought it, including Jordan!

On Sunday night (the second night) each kids picks a "secret pal" and gets a gift from them each day, Allie was pretty sure she had the BEST secret pal and has a new found love of littlest pet shops!
Who else has a Grandpa that will let his granddaughter french braid his hair? Okay, who else has a Grandpa with hair long enough to french braid?

Late in the week of camp I realized I hadn't seen Allie in awhile, no big deal she was probably off having a great time with some cousins.
It had been another little while and I realized I still hadn't seen her and all of her cousins were right here with us. I started yelling for her and got no response so I got up to start looking.
My Mom and I both took off looking and hollering we eventually found her over and Carol and Heidi's compound sitting in Carol and Heidi's big white lawn chair eating some string cheese just visiting. That is was a family reunion is all about...
It was such a great site and a memory I never want to forget, if you are out there Carol or Heidi, thanks for the memory and the entertainment for Allie, she loved you guys!

The family reunion was WONDERFUL! I can't wait for our next gathering! It was WAY fun to see you and Jordan and your DARLING little girls!
