Looks like a good plan:) My experience with bryanna was, it was really training her mommy to be consistent, and PATIENT with accidents!! I love the m-n-m's jar!
One thing I've learned with 6 kids is you DO NOT have to potty train! Kids will not go to school with diapers on! Kids potty train themselves, when they are ready they will do it without the bribes, crying and frustration! I promise you....just give her all of the tools (it looks like you have) and TIME! Your timetable is NOT hers! Your life will be much more peaceful if you just let her decide. I've had kids decide as early as 18 months and some as late as almost 3. Scott is 2 1/2 and still has no interest, but I expected that since he's a boy. Also, if you wait until she's ready, you won't have as many accidents to clean up! Good luck and BE PATIENT! Me
GOOD LUCK! I bet she is excited for being a "big girl!" Sarah was pretty easy to train (I hear girls are)...except for a horrible plane trip, LOL! Liam has been going in a big boy potty on and off as he wishes for about 6 months. He tells me everytime he goes or needs to go but he is a stubborn boy. I figure it will happen when he decides he likes the potty better. BE PATIENT! She will do great...don't get too frustrated if she shows interest one day and none the next. She will amaze you...when she is totally READY to do it all in the big girl potty, she just WILL.
Big Party!!! How about you let me know what works:) Or maybe I should just send Tucker over and you could do both at the same time!!! Now that's a good idea:)
What a cute little jar! Gracee still has her accidents every now and then but what worked for her is my sister bought her one of those seats that sit on the big toilet and she loved using the Big potty... Good Luck!!
Good luck! Don't force her, let her set the terms and go when she's ready. I did a few days of "the potty whisperer" technique- salty foods and juice so that Lucy had to go more and then I'd put her on the potty every 15-30 minutes. After 2 days of this- she was pretty much done. Just be patient, make sure she's really ready, and take her to try often! Get "Potty Training in a Day" it's a great book!
looks like you have gotten some pretty good advice so far...good luck! what an exciting milestone, Allie will just seem like so much more of a "big girl" as she makes progress and learns to use the potty on her own!

Yeah, uh good luck with that. Let's just say my 2 year-old is still in diapers after trying TWICE.

GOOD LUCK! There is nothing easy about potty training. It is awful, but so worth it when it is over!
