Take Your Daughter To Work Day!

So I am finally trying to play catch up on my current lack of blogging! Last Thursday was, as most of you know, "Take Your Daughter To Work Day!" I had been telling Allie the whole day before "tomorrow, you get to go to work with Daddy" but seeing as she is 1 she didn't care or understand. The next morning I got her up and ready and when Jordan started putting his sweatshirt and shoes on she did her usually "bye Daddy, love you!" He told her, "you get to come with me today." She said with a funny expression on her face, "Allie, work?" She was so excited she started giggling. He put her in the car and the whole time she couldn't believe she was going to work with Daddy. Every morning before work Jordan goes and gets a soda at the gas station so her got her, her own Sprite in a cup just like his then they ran some errands, went and looked at a new truck the farm is buying and then went to the shop. What a fun day for her! She was actually only with him for about and hour and a half, from the time they left the house until she was dropped off but he said she had a really good time! Of course I couldn't get Jordan to smile for the camera but they both had a good time and I think Allie will be looking forward to next April!

Come on Jordan....you can do better than that! :)

TYDTW day is kind of a bugger when your husband works at the prison! HA! We'll have to pass that one up!

Awww...too cute! I wish that Sarah could do this with Nate but I think by the time she is old enough, Daddy would be too protective to let her go anyway!
