Baby #2 Update!

Holy Cow, I can't believe that I only have 81 days left. I remember thinking that when I had 99 days left I would leave a post that we were now in the double digits but time has flown by and now I'm already at only 81 days left.
I had a doctors appointment today and everything so far looks great. I am almost 29 weeks, which is what I was at with Allie when my blood pressure spiked so I was really nervous for my appt. today. The doctor said it is alot less common to have blood pressure problems in a second pregnancy (sigh of relief!) but that are still watching closely for any early signs of it.
Most of you probably know but for the past few months the plan has been for Allie and I to go to California for a week in March and I have been so excited for it and counting down the weeks until we get to go. Well, when it came down to me buying my airline ticket everytime I would go to purchase it I would feel just sick about it and was feeling like I shouldn't go. I have been putting it off and putting it off trying to get rid of this bad feeling and it hasn't happened. Today in talking to my doctor I mentined that I would maybe be going to California in a couple weeks and he said, "absolutly not!" He doesn't have any concerns but said with my history with my last pregnancy I would NOT be traveling that far at this point in my pregnancy.
I am feeling really sorry for myself that I won't be going to California and I know I am going to have a really hard week when I should have been there. Jordan has been watching me cry over my not going and my feeling sorry for myself so I think we are going to take a mini-vacation to Billings, MT for a long weekend instead. We have some freind that live there and we have never been. Anyway, that's my little pitty party that I am throwing myself today but at the same time I am feeling great that the pregnancy is going by quickly and the baby and I are both doing great!
