So I hate to see Allie sick or sad but I have to admit I love the cuddling that comes along with her being sick. She has a little cold thing, I thought it was teething at first but now her runny nose has turned into that beautiful green color that ever mother hates to see. As soon as I see the green coming I just pray an ear infection will not follow. Anyway, back to my story. Allie is definitly getting through a cold, the poor thing has a horse little voice (which also is sad but soooo cute!), a crusty green nose (I know you love the details!) and is as grumpy as they come. But I have to admit I love sitting in the rocking chair cuddling her with her "nigh-night and pi-pi" (translation: her blanket she sleeps with and her pacifier) and watching Doodlebops all day long. Once they become mobile the cuddling time is definitly cut down. Anyway, hopefully she will be feeling more and more herself the next few days but I won't take one minute of cuddling for granted until she is.
A side note: Allie is totally walking everywhere. It is so cute. I am still not used to seeing her walking into a room rather than crawling into a room. Crawling was so last season! I know, I know, I can here my Mom now, "post a video I want to see her I've been asking for a week." My response, "I will I will!"
